-
Do you accept Credit Cards?
-
Yes, you may pay for garbage pickup using a credit or debit card. We'll automatically charge your card each month based on the rate plan you select.
You can either log into our website or email us and we'll send you a link to make your payment online. -
What forms of payment do you accept?

But we also accept:
Checks
Cash
Zelle
Cash App
You can either leave Cash/Checks for your driver each month or simply mail it to us. -

Ellijay, GA 30540 -
Do you require a long-term commitment?
-
No. Our service is month-to-month and you may cancel at anytime. We do bill in full-month increments, so if you cancel after we charge your card for the current month, we will provide service for the remainder of your subscription. Refunds are not provided.
-
Do you offer a military or first responder discount?
-
Yes! We offer a 5% discount to anyone who is military, police, fire, or EMS. Please contact us so we can verify your status.
(discount is not allowed on the Silver Plan) -
Do I really have to make sure all of my garbage is placed in a trash bag?
-
Yes! We only accept garbage that has been placed in bags. Loose items will not be picked up.
If an animal has torn the bags, it is at the discretion of our drivers to decide if they have the time to bag your trash for you.
If this happens on a regular basis, please consider buying a bear-proof trash can. Thank you for your help! -
What happens if I have more garbage bags than my rate plan allows?
-
We want to be fair and won't nickel and dime you. But the landfill does charge us extra for more bags and there is an increase in fuel costs.
Each time you have more than the allowed bags, our driver makes a note of it.
If we notice the increase in bags happens regularly, then we may ask you to upgrade to a rate plan that covers the correct number of bags you actually have each week.
For cabin rentals, we have to be pretty strict about bag count. So there is a $3.00 fee for each bag over your limit. -
Which day will you be picking up my trash?
-
This depends on which route your address is located. We pick up Monday through Friday.
When you sign up, we'll determine which route you'll be on. We'll then let you know which day of the week your pick ups will be. -
What time on my pick up day does my trash need to be ready?
-
Our drivers start at 6am. So please ensure your trash is available before then.
We also have multiple trucks and drivers, so the full pickup window is 6am to 9pm.
It's rare that we'll arrive at your property after 7pm. But due to severe weather and other unforeseen delays, we may need to arrive as late as 9pm. -
Do you provide a free trash cart?
-
No. Our goal is to keep our pricing as low as possible and still feed our families.
Since our drivers pickup the bags by hand, we don't require that every trash cart be the same.
If you live in an area with bears, we strongly recommend you either buy a bear-resistant trash cart or you build some type of cage to store your trash cans. -
